At Nexe E Electronics, we strive to provide quality electronics, gadgets, and home appliances to our customers.

Return Eligibility

A return or replacement request may be accepted when:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

Return requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Certain products may have different return conditions due to their nature, warranty terms, hygiene considerations, or manufacturer policies. Such conditions will be mentioned on the relevant product page wherever applicable.

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product should, where applicable:

Be unused or in its original condition
Include original packaging
Include accessories, manuals, and other items supplied with the product
Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification

Unboxing Evidence

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or an unboxing video to help us verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been:

Damaged due to misuse or negligence
Modified or repaired by an unauthorized person
Physically damaged after delivery
Returned without required accessories or original packaging
Used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method permitted by the payment provider.

Once the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
